With a mission to train the next generations of leaders to advance green growth, we have developed the Green Workforce Program following the 70:20:10 learning and development model. The program is designed for a six-month period to train and equip the professionals with an integrated and systematic set of skills, knowledge, attitude, and tools needed for 21st century professionals in advancing the green growth development.
This is done through a collaboration of university graduates and a staff of Green Resources to jointly help develop a deeper understanding of themselves, identify their passion and craft their own pathway and fast track their green career. Graduates are trained through the Green Growth Portfolio working alongside peers on various projects under the supervision and mentorship of senior industry leading professionals and mentors.
